After going on about three dates with a guy, I drunkenly stumbled across Drink Buddy one night and could not have been... more excited. He has an adorable dog, and a love for Watermelon White Claw that knows no bounds — what better gift out there than the Slim Drink Buddy?? You could not have convinced drunk me otherwise!
Their UX must be fantastic because drunk me was apparently easily able to upload a photo of the dog and complete the purchase, and then completely forget about what she had done.
It wasn't until a few days later when I got a thoughtful shipping confirmation text that I found out. After trying to figure out why and when I would have purchased a custom coozi with a photo of a dog I don't own, I was finally able to piece together what happened. I immediately texted him to let him know drunk me had gotten him a gift! And then quickly regretted doing so out of fear he'd think I'm an absolute psychopath (I'm still not convinced he doesn't).
Not too long after, he and I met up again and I was able to give him the Drink Buddy. Thankfully, he was not at all horrified and actually loved it. We've gone out a few times since and it felt like we were in the clear... until his sister found it and wanted to know more.
How does one explain to their sister that some girl they've been seeing got blackout drunk, found a picture of their family dog, and ordered a custom coozi with its face on it? Well, I can't answer that question for you, but I've been told she's impressed. It's possible I'm being protected from the truth, but I'm choosing to believe it.
Long story short, 10/10 would absolutely recommend Drink Buddy!read more

A tip for the future: find a well lit photo for very dark (black, brown) colored dogs. I was a bit disappointed with the appearance of one of my black dogs, but Michael and Brooke from customer service worked with me to make sure I received a version I loved!!

**Update on my purchase. It was finally received. It is super cute, kind of small. But I do love it! Now no one can... take my coozie!
Until I receive an email confirmation, I do not recommend this company. Ordered a coozie on Thursday. Got a text saying if you didn’t get a confirmation email to text back. texted that number 2x, no response. Never received an email confirmation and even checked my spam folder. feeling as though this is a scam. I will be filing with my credit card company unless I hear back from this company.read more
